The Orion-Tr Smart DC-DC charger is a professional-grade, adaptive 3-stage charger with built-in Bluetooth.

Adaptive 3-Stage Charge Algorithm

• Bulk – Absorption – Float:
  • For lead-acid batteries: Automatically adjusts absorption time to prevent overcharging after shallow discharges and ensures full recharge after deep discharges.
  • For lithium batteries: Fixed absorption time of 2 hours by default.
  • Option to select a fixed output voltage.

Remote On-Off

• Connect a remote on/off switch or relay contact to a two-pole connector.
• Alternatively:
  • Switch the H terminal (right) to battery plus.
  • Switch the L terminal (left) to battery minus (or vehicle chassis).

Robust Design

• Short circuit proof: Unlimited units can be connected in parallel to increase output current.
• High temperature protection: Output current adjusts at high ambient temperatures.
• IP43 protection: Ensures durability when installed with screw terminals facing downwards.
• Screw terminals: No special tools required for installation.

Additional Information
