NC254 Paste Flux is a mildly activated, resin-based formulation developed to offer a broad process window and pin-probeable residues. The superior wetting ability of NC254 results in bright, smooth, shiny solder joints.

Key Benefits

• Very low post-process residues that remain crystal clear and probable, even at the elevated temperatures required for today's lead-free alloys.
• Refrigerated shelf life of 6 months at 4°C (40°F) to 12°C (55°F).
• Paste flux should be allowed to warm up completely and naturally to ambient temperature (approximately 2 hours) prior to use.
• Important storage tip: Do not store new and used paste flux in the same container.

Please Note:
We recommend storing this product in a cool space, not in a shed or toolbox in hot temperatures. As we store it in fridges in-store, we also recommend waiting until the product reaches room temperature before use for optimal performance.
