Power Over Ethernet (PoE) devices are becoming increasingly common, such as IP cameras, routers, telephones, and many other small devices that require minimal power to operate. However, most conventional ethernet switches do not natively support PoE. This device solves that problem by adding power inline to a single network cable, working up to 100m, so there’s no need for mains power at the device's location. It supports up to gigabit network throughput for ultra-fast connectivity.
