NA1075 CLEANER MONOCURE

Monocure 3D RESINAWAY® is a non-flammable, safe, highly advanced UV resin cleaning solution. Isopropyl alcohol (IPA) doesn’t effectively break down all the materials in photopolymer 3D printing resin; it only dilutes it, giving the appearance of cleaning but becoming saturated very quickly. This results in ineffective cleaning, leaving residual resin on the parts.

Available in a 5L bottle (NA1076).

General Directions

• Use this cleaning agent as is; do not dilute with water.
• For best results, use in conjunction with an ultrasonic cleaning bath (heat is unnecessary).
• Keep printed objects submerged in RESINAWAY® until the uncured resin has been removed.

If not using an ultrasonic cleaning bath:

• Use a soft brush to assist in removing the resin.

Once the object is clear of resin:

1. Remove the object from RESINAWAY®.
2. For best results, use compressed air to remove the remaining liquid. Alternatively, pat dry with a lint-free cloth.
3. Post-cure the part using a recommended LED 405nm light until the surface is tack-free (approx. 5 minutes at 30 watts).
4. Rinse under running tap water.

For cleaning vats, build plates, instruments, and surfaces:

• Rinse, soak, or wipe with RESINAWAY®, then wash with fresh water.
