NA1075 CLEANER MONOCURE 5L

Monocure 3D RESINAWAY® is a non-flammable, safe, highly advanced UV resin cleaning solution. Isopropyl alcohol (IPA) doesn’t effectively break down all the materials in photopolymer 3D printing resin — it only dilutes it, giving the appearance of cleaning but becoming saturated very quickly. This results in inefficiency and leaves residual resin on the parts.

General Directions

• Use as is:
  Do not dilute with water.

• For best results:

  • Use in conjunction with an ultrasonic cleaning bath (heat is unnecessary).
  • Keep printed objects submerged in RESINAWAY® until the uncured resin has been removed.

• Without an ultrasonic cleaning bath:

  • Use a soft brush to assist in removing the resin.

• After cleaning:

  • Once clear of resin, remove the object from RESINAWAY®.
  • Use compressed air to remove the remaining liquid for best results, or pat dry with a lint-free cloth.
  • Post-cure the part using a recommended LED 405nm light until the surface is tack-free (approximately 5 minutes at 30 watts).
  • Rinse the part under running tap water.

• For cleaning vats, build plates, instruments & surfaces:

  • Rinse, soak, or wipe with RESINAWAY®.
  • Wash thoroughly with fresh water.

Note: RESINAWAY® ensures a more effective cleaning process compared to IPA, leaving your parts free of residual resin for a perfect finish.
