Bluetooth Smart
The Blue Smart IP22 Charger is the wireless solution to monitor voltage and current, change settings, and update the charger when new features become available.

High Efficiency

• Up to 94% efficiency, generating up to four times less heat compared to industry standards.
• Power consumption reduces to 0.5 Watt once the battery is fully charged—five to ten times better than the industry standard.

Adaptive 6-stage Charge Algorithm
Includes test, bulk, absorption, recondition, float, storage stages.
The microprocessor-controlled ‘adaptive’ battery management optimizes the charging process relative to the battery’s usage.

Storage Mode

• Reduces maintenance and aging when the battery is not in use.
• Float voltage is reduced to 2.2V/cell (13.2V for a 12V battery) to minimize gassing and corrosion.
• Weekly absorption-level voltage adjustment prevents electrolyte stratification and sulfation, which are major causes of early battery failure.

Compatible with Li-ion (LiFePO₄) Batteries
LiFePO₄ batteries are charged using a simple bulk – absorption – float algorithm.

NIGHT and LOW Settings

• NIGHT mode: Output current reduced to max. 50% of nominal output, totally noiseless, automatically ends after 8 hours.
• LOW mode: Output current reduced to max. 50%, can be ended manually.

Overheating Protection
Output current reduces as temperature increases up to 50°C, ensuring the charger does not fail.
