Overview

This device allows two batteries to be charged simultaneously from your engine alternator. Here's how it works:

• When your engine is running and the start battery is sufficiently charged, the isolator kit begins charging the second (auxiliary) battery at the same time.
• When the voltage of the start battery drops (e.g., when the engine is turned off), the isolator kit disengages from charging the auxiliary battery.

This ensures that the start battery is isolated, eliminating the risk of draining it and guaranteeing you always have enough charge to start your engine.

Additional features include:

• Protection for sensitive electronic equipment powered by the auxiliary battery from harmful engine start-up spikes.
• An emergency override feature that allows you to jump-start your vehicle using the auxiliary battery.

Applications:
This device is suitable for 12VDC Marine, 4WD, caravan, and solar applications.
